With no response from CC yet, I have begun to create my own responses in my dreams. This is another one of my crazy, anxiety dreams...in it, I receive an email among many garbage emails that are immediately meant for the trash when I come across this big "YES!". I open the email and then, the astonishment hits! He responds with a giant "YES! I WOULD BE HONORED TO PLAY AT YOUR SISTERS WEDDING!" Then, after his 'sincerely CC' he also writes : "If you need any help at all with plans feel free to let me know". This is why, even in my dreams, he is the love of my life.
Also, check out this weeks PEOPLE, interesting story on how this woman's wedding almost got destroyed because was joking with her Bridesmaid's pretending to be "bridezilla!"

Glamours Dos and Don'ts and Speech therapy
As I'm reading my monthly dose of Glamour I came across this:
Glamour's 20 Wedding Dos and don't s. From dresses to hair and brides going beserk. It's tip for tying the knot without coming undone. On June 16 at 8pm. I'm assuming style channel? I don't know if there even is a style channel but that's what it says. So people, prepare to watch and learn!!! Get your notebooks out bc Glamour, here we come!
Glamour offered some speech therapy which got me thinking, so here go Groomsmen and Bridesmaids...
They say, the week before write the speech, start off by introducing yourself and either tell a funny story or touching story about the bride/groom that illustrates the couple's personality and what their bond special. AVOID inside jokes, and keep it clean. All speeches must be appropriate and then close the toast with the couples future.
One day before: REHEARSE the speech and trim it down to one or two minutes.
One hour before: Avoid the booze. You may think a few drinks will keep you mellow, but the best way to stay calm is to know that you are prepared.
One minute before: Have a sip of orange juice or something with sugar because sugar counteracts the jitters.
The second before: Smile, if you are happy people will forgive any mistakes because they will know that all your words are from your heart
Did you know that yearly, American's spend $77.5 BILLION on all things wedding related?....that is $258 per every man woman and child in the US.
Interesting huh? Glamour was full of interesting things this month...well until next time. =)

Another one....
So apparently I have a huge anxiety about being the Maid of Honor. I had a dream last night, and for some reason it was a mix of the engagement party and wedding. I was sent on an errand with "Coco's" (that's for you Groom haha) friend Sarah and somehow we were driving in a place where we had to drive on the wrong side of the road and under a bridge and I can't even explain but then we are talking I tell her how happy I am that my sister is getting married him and how he has become my brother and all of that sappy stuff haha...Then all of a sudden we end up in these white water rapids, or it could have just been of those really long slides you go down in one of those water parks, and then we ended up at the wedding. At this point things have calmed down but I feel the anxiety blowing up(in my dream of course) and it was time for my toast, and once again, the "cheese factor" set in and I actually tapped on a glass to get everyone's attention to begin my speech. Now all I can think about is what to say and how to say it with out saying too much. Maybe it was a sign to GET ON THE BALL!!

CC Updates Begin...
So after 3 emails, no response from CC yet, but maybe I'm very pleased to know that the song has been chosen. This is my goal. Everyday or week to send him an e-mail. I've been slacking, but I am trying. Now it has come time to try even harder!!!

The Perfect Shower....and dress???
So my idea's for the Bridal shower obviously can not be discussed on my blog, or what will be happening, but I know what I'm doing already, my theme for it and where it will be and when. YES! Score! Or should I say Homerun! (still learning the terms of baseball but at least I'm trying right? Well at least I know our shower will be way cooler than some
I've been thinking about dresses and what is appropriate for a Brides Maid...well correction, Maid of Honor and I know it's a little soon, but Her Vision has me thinking very much ahead. I know she loves Vera so I thought about this since it's black and white and I know my sister is all about that theme obviously some are too beautiful to imagine, or too obscene you just want to vomit. So then there was this one dress, on Verawang.com under the 13 page of the bridesmaid cocktails dresses and so I need your vote. Can this be part of your vision?

...The Real Wedding crashers....
Oh the Anxiety!!!!
So it has come time to begin posting again. My apologies for the lack of writing. A few weeks ago, it was late and I was sleeping. I dreamed that it was the day of the wedding and I was more than prepared. I had a printed out a 4 page itinerary(which I do intend to have, but it may not be exactly 4 pages but something along the lines of this so that they ...Anyway, so it's the day of the wedding. Got the hair did at Nubest(of course) and got all dressed. I was ready early so I decided to take a nap because it was my dream and I can nap in my dream. Then, after the ceremony, and half way through the reception, Mike shows up at the house and wakes me up!!! No one called to see where I was, no one woke me up, and of course, in the dream, my alarm is going off when I got woken up because that is what happens every morning...I sleep though it, really I do. The worst part is, NO ONE was mad at me and no one missed me!! (Even the bride!) How rude! (In the words of
Stephanie Tanner
Talk about anxiety! I'm already dreaming that I'm messing up, Oh the pressure!! haha.
Anway, I know that everything will be fine, I just hope the love birds are please with everything. =) and I'm super excited for it really get crackin!
